Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and branded labels are still intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
